"Word of Mouth" Video Reviews of JUDE LAW'S HAMLET, THE ROYAL FAMILY, WISHFUL DRINKING, SUPERIOR DONUTS, A STEADY RAIN, BYE BYE BIRDIE, MEMPHIS

Last trip to NYC was over Thanksgiving weekend, 2008.   I saw 8 shows in 4 days:  PHANTOM OF THE OPERA (for the 3rd time), THE 39 STEPS, an Off Broadway production, JUDY & ME (didn't last long and got not-so-good reviews, but I enjoyed the show--it had "heart," --also saw Christopher McCabe, one of the supporting actors the next night in Times Square & virtually accosted him to let him know how much I enjoyed the show),  CIRQUE DU SOLEIL'S WINTUK (left before the ending to make sure we wouldnl't miss curtain time for GYPSY), GYPSY w/Patti Lupone (will always remember this experience & Laura Benanti sat on the edge of stage & sang "LITTLE LAMB" directly in front of me--), YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN, EQUUS, and PAL JOEY with Stockard Channing. 

The revivals of EQUUS & GYPSY were the shows that initiated the trip.  I had to see Patti LuPone in GYPSY & I played "Alan Strang" in EQUUS in 1979.

I long for a "return engagement!"
